The Shrinking Me

I started Weight Watchers June of 2009. I had finally had it. I gained A TON of weight right before my wedding and then 10 pounds right after. That had creeped back on and possibly then some. I was fighting with my doctor to get off of the high cholesterol medication. I thought I could control it with my diet, after all, I was 28!

I started Weight Watchers weighing 222.2 pounds. Frankly, I was horrified! The first 10 pounds came off in a month and half.

In the beginning of December of 2009 I had 8 or 9 pounds to lose to say goodbye to the 200’s. February of 2010, I am still yo-yoing between those pounds.

Having attempted to blog about my weight loss before and failing but remembering I was my most successful during those times I have decided to pick it back up.

This is my journey of weight loss, weight gain, food (my favorite topic) and whatever else pops up in my life. After all, I’m trying to change the way I eat and approach food  forever, not just to lose the 80 pounds.

My ultimate goal is 145.
